2. Information this website collects
This website does not have user accounts or online payments. We do not use analytics, advertising or tracking cookies, and the website itself does not set any cookies.
The booking form does not store or send your details anywhere. When you press “Continue to WhatsApp”, your name, number, email (if given) and chosen treatments are placed into a WhatsApp message on your own device. Nothing is sent until you choose to send that message.
3. Information you share with us directly
When you contact us by WhatsApp, phone, email or Facebook, or when you book and attend a treatment, we may collect:
- Your name and contact details (phone number, email address).
- The content of your messages and your appointment details.
- Information about your skin and relevant health details, such as allergies, medication, pregnancy or skin conditions, so we can confirm a treatment is safe and suitable for you.
Health information is special personal information under POPIA. We only collect it with your consent, only use it for your treatment, and do not share it with anyone else unless the law requires it.
4. How we use your information
- To respond to your enquiries and manage your bookings.
- To assess your skin and recommend suitable treatments and homecare.
- To keep a record of treatments performed and follow-up advice.
- To meet our legal and regulatory obligations.
We do not sell, rent or trade your personal information, and we do not send marketing messages without your consent.
5. Third-party services
Some parts of this website rely on services run by other companies. They may receive technical information such as your IP address and browser type when you load the page or use their features. Their own privacy policies apply.
- Website hosting, which records standard server logs.
- Google Fonts, which delivers the fonts used on this site.
- Google Maps, the embedded map showing our location. Google may set cookies if you interact with the map.
- WhatsApp and Facebook (Meta), when you follow links to message us or visit our page.
6. How long we keep your information
We keep personal information only for as long as we need it to provide our services, maintain treatment records, or comply with the law. After that it is deleted or securely destroyed.
7. Cookies and analytics
We currently do not use any analytics or tracking tools. If we add a tool such as Google Analytics in future to understand how visitors use the site, we will update this policy before it goes live and, where required, ask for your consent first.
8. How we protect your information
We take reasonable technical and practical steps to keep your information safe from loss, misuse and unauthorised access. Treatment records are kept private and only accessed by the salon.

- Ask us to delete your information, where we are not legally required to keep it.
- Object to the processing of your information or withdraw your consent.

10. Children
Treatments for anyone under 18 require the consent of a parent or legal guardian, who will provide the client's information on their behalf.

We may update this policy from time to time, for example when we add new features to the website. The effective date at the top of this page shows when it was last changed.
